Project Manager

As a Project Manager at MODE Renovation, you are the primary leader responsible for the success of our installation teams and the satisfaction of our clients. You will oversee the lifecycle of multiple projects, managing everyone from apprentices to lead installers. This role requires a unique blend of field leadership, financial oversight, and administrative precision to drive efficiency while maintaining the integrity that defines our brand.

The Impact You'll Make Leadership & Field Operations:

Lead monthly meetings with installers and apprentices to review KPIs, set performance goals, and implement workflow improvements.

Strategic Scheduling:

Own the master schedule, ensuring completion timelines are realistic and adjusting resources dynamically to meet deadlines.

Financial Oversight:

Conduct comprehensive contract reviews and manage Change Orders (COs) to protect project margins.

Revenue Management:

Ensure all Certificates of Completion (COCs) are accurate and collected on time to facilitate prompt payment.

System Integration:

Manage project paysheets and ensure all documentation is accurately updated within Buildertrend.

Stakeholder & Customer Advocacy:

Act as the primary point of contact for Account Managers and maintain professional, proactive communication with homeowners.

Accountability:

Direct oversight of team entries in ADP, ensuring data accuracy and payroll integrity.

What You Bring Experience:

3+ years as a Project Manager, Assistant PM, or Superintendent within the construction industry.

Expertise:

Deep knowledge of construction practices, safety standards, and project workflows.

Systems Savvy:

Proficiency in Buildertrend, ADP, and communication tools like Outlook and Zoom.

Leadership:

Strong organizational skills and the ability to lead diverse teams with integrity.

Requirements:

A valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and the ability to pass a background screening.

Schedule:
