Provide direct patient care and oversee patient/family education. Guide and coordinate activity of other nursing personnel, upholding Telemetry standards of care. Communicate with physicians regarding any changes in patient condition, emphasizing cardiac monitoring, diagnostic outcomes, and symptoms.
