Property Maintenance Technician

Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Property Maintenance Technician with a steady work history in residential maintenance to care for and maintain our luxury apartment community. Your proactive approach and technical skills will help us uphold the highest standards of property management and customer service. Duties Perform routine and preventive maintenance tasks across residential or commercial properties, including plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC units, and general building repairs. Complete work orders to maintain the highest standard of living for our residents. Communicate effectively with residents, tenants, vendors, and team members to provide excellent customer service and clear updates on work status. Experience Proven experience in property maintenance with a stable work history. Experience in and skill with basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC maintenance and repair. Excellent communication skills to ensure clear instructions and customer interactions.
