Job details Summary Spherion $25.00 - $30.00 per hour Permanent 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Industry installation, maintenance & repair (Installation, Maintenance, and Repair Occupations) Reference number S_175469 Job details Property maintenance technician for a multi-family property located in Greenfield. Maintain the physical assets of the property. Complete repairs, improvements, turnovers and pool maintenance. Work for a company that values their employees.
Responsibilities:
Prepares or assists in preparing all vacant apartments to market ready condition. ... Maintains open communication with property management. Handles all maintenance requests to make repairs and improvements to the apartments and the property. Coordinate and discuss plans with the Property Manager to maximize performance, providing timelines for completion of quick turns. Perform routine inspections of property to check for maintenance problems.

8:30 AM - 5:00
PM Skills:
Experience as a property maintenance technician with multi-family experience.

High School Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
