Plastics Maintenance Technician - (Injection Molding, Preventive Maintenance | 4-Day Work Week) Salary up to $66,560 per year • Located in Waukesha County / Greater Milwaukee area • An established plastic manufacturing company with ISO certification, offering long-term employment stability. Work four days a week, Monday through Thursday, with 10-hour shifts, enjoy a 3-day weekend every week, and work in an air-conditioned facility. Experience Minimum of 2 years of experience in plastic injection molding maintenance and processes required Comp Up to $66,560 per year | Full benefits package Schedule Monday-Thursday | 10-hour shifts | 1st shift | 3-day weekend every week Location Onsite in Waukesha County / Greater Milwaukee area — Must reside within 45 minutes Type Full-time, direct hire position with full benefits Auth Must be a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder — No sponsorship or relocation available This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with a smaller, growing plastic manufacturing company that is ISO-certified. Employees enjoy a stable and employee-friendly work environment with a clean, air-conditioned facility. The schedule offers a true four-day work week with no rotating shifts. The role involves a variety of tasks including preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and mechanical repair on injection molding equipment. What you will be doing Performing routine preventive maintenance and repairs on injection molding machines and related equipment Troubleshooting and resolving mechanical and electrical issues on the production floor Documenting completed maintenance tasks and repairs in the ERP software system Conducting minor electrical work such as motor replacement, fuse replacement, and switch repair Inspecting and replacing filters on HVAC units and injection molding machines Preparing facilities for different weather conditions Coordinating regular inspections and urgent repairs with external service providers What we are looking for Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with plastic injection molding processes and maintenance Proven ability to diagnose and repair pneumatic, hydraulic, plumbing, and basic electrical systems Experience in documenting work orders and maintenance records — Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus Strong attention to detail and independent problem-solving skills Commitment to a Monday-Thursday, 10-hour day, 1st shift schedule Stable work history with a consistent employment record Must be a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder residing within 45 minutes of the Waukesha County / Greater Milwaukee area
