Property Manager - Affordable Housing Colonial Beach, VA $60,000 We're seeking an experienced PropertyManager to lead the day-to-day operations of an affordable housing community. This role oversees onsite teams, drives leasing and financial performance, ensures regulatory compliance, and creates a positive, well-maintained living environment for residents. What You'll Do Lead and manage onsite office and maintenance teams Oversee leasing, marketing, recertifications, and daily operations Manage budgets, rent collections, delinquencies, and reporting Ensure compliance with affordable housing programs (Project-Based Section 8, HUD, LIHTC) Build strong resident relationships and resolve tenant matters professionally Oversee property maintenance and operational improvements What We're Looking For 3+ years of property management experience Affordable housing experience required (Project-Based Section 8) Strong financial, budgeting, and operational skills Experience with property management systems (RealPage, OneSite, JD Edwards, or similar) Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities Resident-focused, organized, and proactive mindset Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
