Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage
LIHTC/RD
Affordable Housing Complex Maintain 95% Occupancy Rule Completion of tenant applications of potential residents accurately. Completion of re-certifications of current residents according to
RURAL DEVELOPMENT/TAX CREDIT
requirements. Collect rent, security deposits and bank deposits. Follow through with resident delinquent rent. Maintain records within the property management. Initiate, review and approve purchases and payables within authorized spending limits. Oversee and control the prospective resident application approvals, move-ins and move-outs. Supervise Maintenance and approve contractor work prior to payment and inspections. Respond to resident complaints and provide assistance. Enforce policies and procedures within the Fair Housing guidelines. Ensure all units are inspected on a quarterly basis. Must thoroughly understand and abide by all Fair Housing laws and
LIHTC/USDA
Rural Development compliance guidelines. Respond or coordinate all after hour emergency calls as required.
