Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including floors, restrooms, offices, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies Conduct routine janitorial tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and disinfecting surfaces to uphold hygiene standards Carry out floor care procedures including buffing, polishing, stripping, and sealing floors to maintain a professional appearance Support industrial cleaning activities as needed, including equipment cleaning and debris removal in warehouse or manufacturing settings Assist with facilities maintenance tasks such as minor repairs, painting touch-ups, and ensuring equipment is in good working order Follow safety protocols during all custodial activities to prevent accidents or injuries Maintain detailed records of cleaning schedules and report any maintenance issues promptly Skills Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services with knowledge of commercial or industrial cleaning techniques Familiarity with floor care procedures including buffing, stripping, sealing, and polishing floors Ability to perform residential painting or basic maintenance tasks when required Strong understanding of facilities maintenance practices and safety standards Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to cleanliness and organization Physical stamina to perform manual tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods and operating cleaning equipment Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and report issues clearly Join us in creating a pristine environment where safety meets excellence! Pay:

$18.75 - $20.50 per hour
