This role works closely with production and quality teams to identify and resolve issues while maintaining accurate documentation. Daily responsibilities include inspecting parts, reporting defects, and assisting with quality processes to ensure compliance with internal and customer standards.

Responsibilities:

• Perform visual and dimensional inspections on in-process and finished products
• Communicate quality concerns and nonconformities to production and leadership teams
• Maintain accurate inspection records and documentation
• Isolate nonconforming products and assist with root cause analysis
• Support inspection processes and ensure measuring tools are properly maintained

Qualifications and Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1-2 years of manufacturing or quality inspection experience
• Familiarity with measurement tools such as calipers and micrometers
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
