This exciting role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' communication skills, fostering their confidence and academic success. You will work closely with students, teachers, and families to develop personalized speech and language therapy plans, ensuring each child's unique needs are met with enthusiasm and expertise. Opportunities available include a wide range of caseload options from K-12th grade. Duties Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify students' communication needs Develop and implement tailored therapy plans focused on improving speech, language, and social communication skills Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to integrate therapy goals into classroom activities and daily routines Provide direct therapy sessions to students across various grade levels, emphasizing early intervention strategies Monitor progress regularly and adjust treatment plans to maximize student outcomes Document therapy sessions, assessments, and progress reports accurately in compliance with district policies Promote a supportive environment that encourages student participation and confidence in communication Why Choose Phaxis Education?
