Job Description

Support onsite team by collaborating with 3PL employees and internal Cummins customers related to shipping discrepancy claims
Investigate shipment discrepancies and determine root causes
Implement preventive measures to ensure ongoing quality and compliance
Support customer claims process
Coordinate between shipping office and claims analyst team
Actively support the Quality team with additional activities as needed to meet quality targets
Drive continuous improvement
Support oversight and administration of the returnable container program on behalf of Cummins
Work is performed in both office and warehouse environments
Role may require walking and standing on the shop floor within a large warehouse environment
