Job Description
  • Support onsite team by collaborating with 3PL employees and internal Cummins customers related to shipping discrepancy claims
  • Investigate shipment discrepancies and determine root causes
  • Implement preventive measures to ensure ongoing quality and compliance
  • Support customer claims process
  • Coordinate between shipping office and claims analyst team
  • Actively support the Quality team with additional activities as needed to meet quality targets
  • Drive continuous improvement
  • Support oversight and administration of the returnable container program on behalf of Cummins
  • Work is performed in both office and warehouse environments
  • Role may require walking and standing on the shop floor within a large warehouse environment
  • Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.
