Hours:

Monday - Thursday, 4:30 pm to 3:00 am Overtime may be required based on demand.

Salary:

$30.35 per hour, increasing to $31.85 within 6 months, which includes a $3 per hour shift differential

Summary:

The Quality Control Assistant Supervisor assists the QC Supervisor in ensuring the quality inspection activities at the manufacturing plant and oversees the quality inspection activities on the 2nd shift.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

Know relevant SOP's, Quality QC Specifications and recommend improvements as needed. In cooperation with the QC Supervisor, directs and provides oversight to the 2nd shift QC Inspectors to include training, development, discipline, counseling and scheduling. Enforces company policies & SOPs. Reports on quality & personnel issues to the QC Supervisor daily. Maintains records of inspection activities.

Skills and Experience:

Experience in supervisory or leadership role required Quality Control and/or Production experience preferred High school diploma or equivalent Experience with Excel or similar software Ability to lift up to 45 pounds regularly
