TRC Talent Solutions is partnering with a global leader in electrical power distribution systems to hire a Quality Supervisor for their manufacturing operation in Adairsville, GA. This is an opportunity to step into a hands-on leadership role within a growing organization supporting critical infrastructure industries. Summary The Quality Supervisor will oversee daily quality inspection operations across incoming, in-process, and final inspections within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role leads a team of Quality Inspectors while serving as the technical escalation point for electrical and mechanical quality issues. Responsibilities Lead and coordinate daily activities of the Quality Inspection team Oversee incoming (IQC), in-process (PQC), and final (FQC) inspection processes Troubleshoot electrical wiring, cable, and assembly issues Read and interpret schematics, one-line diagrams, and electrical documentation Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and applicable electrical codes Analyze defect trends and partner with Production on root cause and corrective actions Train and onboard inspectors on quality procedures and safety standards Track and report quality metrics, defect rates, and inspection data using ERP systems and Excel Requirements 3-5 years of Quality Control experience in a manufacturing environment 1-2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience Strong industrial electrical knowledge Ability to read and interpret schematics and one-line diagrams Experience with torque specifications, fasteners, and precision measurement tools Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment ERP system and Microsoft Excel experience preferred Why This Role High-visibility leadership position with direct impact on production quality Hands-on technical environment with real-time problem solving Opportunity to drive continuous improvement and quality initiatives Growing global company with long-term stability TRC Talent Solutions is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
