Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Inspect completed assemblies for nonconformances as defined in SWI Respond to lineside calls for quality support; disposition suspect assemblies that are in-process Evaluate and disposition individual components for non-conformities Execute required quality audits including, but not limited to: Static torque verification Poka-yoke verification Traceability audits Quality Alert audits Support out-of-process re-work activities Train new operators and inspectors on quality requirements and standards Participate in Root Cause and Corrective Action activities Knowledge, Skills and Abilities High School diploma or GED Two years' experience in a manufacturing environment Strong oral and written communication Excellent computer skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize work requirements, and remain attentive to detail Ability to operate measuring devices. Ability to stand for extended periods of time without sitting, stooping, kneeling, crouching, bending, or crawling. Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds Your contact Latrina Phillips-SmithBENTELER
