Our team is looking for a Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) to join us as we continue to grow and deliver high-quality infrastructure solutions. If you're passionate about designing structured cabling systems, collaborating across disciplines, and bringing smart building technologies to life, this could be a great fit. What we're looking for: Active RCDD certification Experience in structured cabling design (copper & fiber) Strong knowledge of TIA/EIA standards Ability to develop detailed drawings, specs, and documentation Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and clients What you'll do: Design and plan telecommunications infrastructure systems Produce high-quality construction documents Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors Support projects from concept through implementation PreferredExperience working with Legrand, Panduit, Corning, or similar manufacturersBackground in data centers or large commercial buildsKnowledge of AV, security, or integrated systems is not required but always a plusWhat We OfferCompetitive salary (based on experience)Opportunity to work on large-scale, high-impact projectsGrowth within a well-established, fast-growing companySupportive, team-driven environment We offer a collaborative environment, meaningful projects, and opportunities to grow your career.
