Ready Mix Concrete Mixer Driver- Hudson, NY

Bonded Concrete is looking to add to our high quality, production-oriented team at our established concrete plant in Hudson, NY; We are a 4th generation concrete supply company that has been supplying materials to the construction industry for over 60 years. This is a Teamsters Local 294 driving position. You do not need to be in the union to apply but you must be willing to sign up after 30 days of employment. We will train commercially licensed drivers. Requirements Valid Class B CDL with air brakes endorsement; General truck driving skills - heavy and off-road experience is a plus; Strong interpersonal skills, detail-oriented, ability to multitask Ability to effectively communicate with co-workers, management, and customers; Specific experience in concrete production is not necessary - we will train you; The ability to occasionally perform heavy lifting and physical activity in all weather conditions. Responsibilities Perform NYSDOT and company required truck pre-trip; Safely drive and operate the concrete mixer as needed; Effectively interface with customers on job sites to perform concrete delivery; Keep the exterior and interior of the truck clean; Following all safety standards as per company policies and OSHA regulations.
