This is a behind-the-scenes support role focused on organization, mailing projects, and database management. This position is not client-facing and does not involve sales, negotiations, or showing homes.

Responsibilities include:

Organizing and updating client databases Preparing and mailing postcards and marketing materials Light administrative and office organization tasks Data entry and spreadsheet management Assisting with routine office projects Ideal candidate: Organized and dependable Comfortable with repetitive administrative tasks Enjoys structured, independent desk work Detail-oriented and efficient Basic computer skills required Real estate experience is not required This position is ideal for someone looking for steady part-time administrative work in a relaxed office environment.

Schedule:

Part-time, 3 days per week Flexible daytime hours
