Receiving Associate

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Receiving Associate to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving, inspecting, and accurately processing incoming shipments while ensuring inventory accuracy and maintaining an organized workspace. Key Responsibilities Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against purchase orders and packing slips Inspect goods for damages or discrepancies and report issues promptly Accurately enter shipment data into inventory systems Label, tag, and store items in designated warehouse locations Maintain a clean, safe, and organized receiving area Coordinate with warehouse and inventory teams to ensure proper stock levels Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified) Follow company procedures and safety guidelines at all times Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous warehouse or receiving experience is a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory tracking Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Ability to work independently and as part of a team Work Environment Warehouse setting with moderate to heavy physical activity Exposure to varying temperatures depending on the facility
