The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, managing front desk operations with efficiency and professionalism. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency with office management tools. Experience in office administration, customer service, and familiarity of the cosmetology field is a plus. The Receptionist will play a vital role in maintaining a welcoming environment and supporting daily administrative functions to ensure smooth office operations. Duties Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing excellent customer service Managing and directing calls appropriately using proper phone etiquette Schedule appointments and manage calendar appointments. Perform data entry, filing, and maintain accurate records using computer literacy skills Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and mail distribution Assist with bookkeeping and entries as needed Support office management tasks such as supply inventory and organization of files Proofread documents for accuracy before distribution Maintain a clean and organized front desk and salon to promote a professional environment Skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently. Being able to research, post on behalf of the business. Excellent phone etiquette and customer support skills Bilingual abilities are a plus to assist diverse clientele Office experience in clerical or administrative roles preferred Attention to detail for proofreading and data entry tasks Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and professionally
