Job Description

Job Overview We are looking for a dependable and organized individual to support daily office operations. This role includes answering phones, communicating with customers, and assisting with scheduling and lead follow-up . This is a key position that helps keep our operations running smoothly and ensures a good experience for our customers. Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries Make outbound calls to new and existing leads Enter and update customer information in our system Assist with general administrative tasks Support team members with day-to-day office needs What We're Looking For Strong communication skills (phone + email) Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable handling multiple tasks at once Reliable and punctual Basic computer skills Bonus (but not required) Experience in customer service or office work Experience with scheduling or CRM systems Familiarity with landscaping or service-based businesses Pay & Growth Pay based on experience Opportunity to grow into: Office manager roles Sales/support positions Operations coordination Why Work With Us Stable, year-round position Team-oriented environment Clear role with room to grow Direct impact on company operations
