  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products or services and identify new sales opportunities.
  • Conduct warm calling to existing customers to maintain relationships and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
  • Utilize technical sales skills to communicate the value of our products or services to technical decision-makers.
  • Use business development strategies to grow existing relationships and expand our customer base.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure effective communication and coordination of sales efforts.
  • Continuously update knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and provide regular feedback to the sales team.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products or services and their applications.
Qualifications:
  • Experience with telemarketing and outbound calling.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with sales automation tools and CRM software.
