Receptionist (Front Desk & Studio Support)

Clarity Skin Studio Overview We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our studio and support day-to-day operations. In addition to traditional front desk responsibilities, this role includes light cleaning and helping with social media posting. Compensation & Benefits

• Greet clients and answer phones/messages professionally
• Schedule appointments and manage the front desk workflow
• Handle check-in/check-out and basic studio administrative tasks
• Perform light cleaning and studio maintenance (front area and assigned duties)
• Help maintain an inviting, clean, and organized reception/studio space
• Post to social media monthly (as assigned by the studio team)
• Assist with basic customer support needs and maintain a positive client experience Qualifications
• Experience in a receptionist, customer service, or front desk role preferred
• Excellent communication, punctuality, and professionalism
• Comfortable multitasking in a busy environment
• Reliable attention to cleanliness and detail
• Basic comfort with social media posting (training/guidance provided if needed)
