Job Summary:
Greet and assist the public Answer phones, direct calls, take messages Process/distribute daily mail Assist office staff with projects as needed Perform clerical duties as assigned by administrator(s) Demonstrate positive work habits by showing initiative, cooperation, dependability, efficiency, and productivity Follow the guidelines of confidentiality as established by the school district Attend and participate in relevant training sessions and meetings. and professional growth activities as requested/required Perform in a professional manner when interacting with students, parents, faculty, administration, and co-workers
Qualifications:
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and other office software Knowledge of SAU policies and procedures Oral and written communication skills Office equipment operational skills Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work Ability to work independently, solve problems, and recommend solutions
