Full Job Description Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Clerical tasks and possess excellent customer service skills.Duties:
- Answering customer phone calls and scheduling Firewood deliveries
- Advertising (Google, Facebook, Ebay, mailing flyers, etc.)
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate projects and assist with project management tasks
- Provide exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone
- Maintain organized filing systems and records
- Assist with all office tasks as needed
Experience:
- Computer literacy is essential for this role
- Experience with phone systems and excellent phone etiquette
- Strong data entry skills
- Previous experience in a clerical role is preferred
- Familiarity with computerized systems is a plus
- Ability to coordinate projects effectively
