Job Description

Overview Mpower Direct is a leading marketing company in the renewable energy space. Our mission is to empower communities and build a cleaner future. We are looking for a people first Recruitment Administrative Coordinator to partner with our Recruitment, and Leadership team to help us grow our sales team. We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized part-time Recruitment Administrative Coordinator to support daily office operations at our Bronx sales office.. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an administrative environment, enjoys keeping things organized, and can efficiently manage multiple tasks throughout the day.
Schedule Monday, Tuesday, Friday:
10:00 AM-4:00
PM Wednesday, Thursday:
10:00 AM - 5:00 PM Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain office organization, records recruiting documents and files Primary contact for incoming calls and assist with general office communication Coordinate interview scheduling, meetings, and calendar updates Maintain accurate operational data within internal systems Assist with onboarding paperwork and new hire processing Monitor and respond to emails professionally and in a timely manner while ensuring follow-up on outstanding items Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to recruitment leadership and office management Support overall recruiting operations by helping maintain an organized, efficient, and professional office environment Qualifications Qualifications Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once Excellent written and verbal communication skills with people focused approach Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, email communication and general office systems Highly detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and maintain accuracy across administrative tasks Professional demeanor, reliable attendance, and a strong sense of accountability Previous administrative, recruiting coordination, or office support experience required
What We Offer Starting Hourly Rate:
$20.00 - $21.00 depending on experience PTO Bundle Stable part-time hours Professional office environment Supportive and collaborative team culture We're looking for someone dependable, proactive, and organized who can help keep our office operating efficiently every day. #jh
