Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager to oversee a portfolio of multifamily communities throughout the Inland Empire and San Gabriel Valley. This role provides strategic leadership and operational oversight to on-site teams while ensuring each asset meets or exceeds financial, operational, and service performance objectives. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong financial acumen, a deep understanding of California multifamily regulations, and a proven ability to develop and support high-performing teams. What You'll Do Lead, support, and develop on-site management and maintenance teams Ensure properties meet or exceed budgeted financial and operational goals Analyze property challenges and implement practical, results-driven solutions Advise ownership on asset performance and financial results Prepare, review, and execute annual operating budgets Review and approve non-budgeted and capital expenditures Develop and monitor marketing and leasing strategies Oversee maintenance performance and preventative maintenance standards Resolve escalated resident concerns as needed Conduct manager evaluations and annual performance reviews Attend meetings, inspections, and site visits with owners, investors, and lenders
What We're Looking For Required:
3-5+ years of regional multifamily property management experience Strong knowledge of Fair Housing and California landlord-tenant regulations Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proven leadership and problem-solving abilitiesPreferred:
