Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)- In Home ABA Services

Overview Social Butterflies LLC is seeking a caring and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy to children and families. Join a supportive team focused on helping clients build independence, confidence, and meaningful life skills.

Position Overview :

As an RBT, you will work directly with children in their home environment, implementing individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA. You'll play a key role in supporting skill development and creating positive, lasting change. Duties Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy to children Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision Collect and record data on client progress Support behavior reduction and skill acquisition goals Collaborate with caregivers and provide guidance when appropriate Maintain accurate and timely session notes Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote desired behaviors and manage challenging behaviors effectively Maintain HIPAA-compliant medical documentation, including progress notes, session reports, and care plans

Qualifications :

Active RBT certification (or willingness to obtain) Experience working with children, preferably with autism or developmental disabilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently in home settings Reliable transportation
