Your Role:

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Adore ABA, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with our amazing clients and be a positive catalyst in their growth and development. You'll implement effective and individualized therapy programs, providing care that makes a real impact.

What You'll Do:

Engage with clients in fun and meaningful one-on-one therapy sessions in various settings—home, school, or community Implement and bring to life the treatment plans crafted by our skilled BCBAs Track and celebrate client progress through data collection and observation Foster open, welcoming communication with clients, families, and our supportive team Participate actively in team meetings and training to ensure best practices

What We're Looking For:

Must be over 18 with a minimum of a High School Diploma Experience working with children Bachelor's degree preferred RBT Preferred (training and certification available for those without RBT) Weekday afternoon/night availability required (3 pm - 8 pm) No past criminal history Must clear DOJ/FBI background check Must provide proof of a negative TB test You'll be driving to and from clients' homes, so you must have a reliable form of transportation, including a valid driver's license and car insurance. Maintain active participation for the length of the entire session by engaging in play and keeping up with the energy of the child, which may include squatting down, bending over and playing on the floor
