Job Description

Category Schools - RBT - Registered Behavior Technician Job Type Contract Step into an opportunity to make a meaningful difference as a valued member of a supportive school environment near College Station/Bryan, Texas. This contract position is ideal for compassionate individuals eager to empower students as they navigate academic, behavioral, and social-emotional growth. Whether in classroom-based or 1:1 settings, you'll provide guidance, encouragement, and behavioral support alongside dedicated educators and specialists. You'll play a vital role partnering with teachers, therapists, and student services, ensuring every learner receives the attention they deserve. This position welcomes those with a background as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), Behavioral Health Assistant, Behavior Specialist, or Paraprofessional. Experience with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or CPI certification is highly valued.
Qualifications:
Experience supporting students in school, ABA, or behavioral settings is preferred CPI certification or de-escalation training is strongly desired Clear communication and collaborative skills Adaptable, patient, and committed to teamwork Genuine passion for helping students reach their full potential academically and behaviorally
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in classroom management and individualized support Implement behavioral strategies under the direction of lead staff Support learners in achieving daily goals Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere Collaborate closely with teachers and related service providers Enjoy competitive hourly compensation ranging from $21 to $27, depending on your experience.
