We are a privately owned general dentistry practice focused on creating a positive experience for both our patients and our team. We're looking for someone who is organized, proactive, and committed to helping the clinical day run smoothly. Responsibilities Assist doctors during general dentistry procedures including fillings, crowns, bridges, exams, and other restorative treatment Take high-quality digital X-rays and clinical photos Prepare and break down operatories efficiently Maintain sterilization and infection control standards Help create a calm and welcoming patient experience Support the hygiene and doctor team throughout the day Keep treatment rooms stocked, organized, and ready for patient care Communicate clearly with patients and teammates Help maintain an efficient clinical flow What We're Looking For Active Texas RDA license Minimum 2 years of dental assisting experience preferred Strong chairside assisting and X-ray skills Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed Ability to stay organized and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Someone who is coachable, professional, and team-oriented
