$40/hour Join Our Team as a Registered Dietitian! Parkview Care and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Dietitian (RD) to join our skilled nursing team. In this role, you will oversee and manage the nutritional care of residents, helping to improve their overall health, wellness, and quality of life through individualized dietary support and clinical nutrition services. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable in long-term care nutrition, passionate about resident-centered care, and committed to maintaining high standards of dietary compliance and clinical excellence. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments for residents and develop individualized care plans Provide nutritional counseling and education to residents and family members Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams to support resident care goals Monitor residents' nutritional status and evaluate the effectiveness of dietary interventions Adjust nutrition plans and recommendations based on residents' changing needs Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility dietary regulations and policies Maintain accurate documentation of nutritional assessments, progress notes, and care plans Support meal planning, dietary management, and food service coordination within the facility Qualifications & Requirements Active Registered Dietitian (RD) license required Minimum of 2 years of experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred Strong knowledge of medical nutrition therapy, dietary supplements, and food service operations Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Experience with meal planning and dietary management systems preferred Benefits Competitive compensation Comprehensive benefits package Supportive and collaborative work environment Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in residents' lives Career growth and professional development opportunities If you are passionate about improving resident health through quality nutritional care, we encourage you to apply today!
