Job Title:
Registered Nurse As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care across various healthcare settings. You'll be the heartbeat of our team, providing compassionate support and medical expertise to patients while collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standards of care. What you'll do Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments, ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care. Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting care plans as necessary. Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health conditions and treatment options. Perform critical procedures such as IV infusion, suturing, and catheterization with precision. Engage in triage and emergency response situations, demonstrating quick decision-making skills. Uphold compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain accurate medical records. Basic qualifications Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing. Proficient in medical terminology and patient assessment techniques. Strong knowledge of infection control practices and aseptic techniques. Preferred qualifications Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) Background in critical care, emergency medicine, or trauma medicine. Familiarity with ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding for accurate medical documentation. Knowledge of hospice & palliative medicine, geriatrics, or behavioral health practices. Experience working in diverse settings including hospitals, nursing homes, or outpatient clinics.
