Duties Include:

Greet members warmly and assist with routine transactions (deposits, withdrawals, payments, etc.) Maintain and balance a cash drawer accurately and efficiently Identify member needs and refer them to appropriate credit union services Ensure compliance with credit union polices and procedures Promote a positive member experience with every interaction At OUCU Financial, we believe that our employees make the difference. High school diploma or equivalent. Previous cash handling and customer service experience. Ability to decipher information and communicate with members and staff. Basic math, grammar, and verbal communication skills. Reasoning and problem solving skills. Full-time 40 hour per week position. Must be available to work any shift during our regular business hours.
