Registered Nurse Duties:

• Perform a wide range of nursing duties and responsibilities, including but not limited to:
• Administering medications, including gastric lavage and aliment administration
• Conducting procedures such as spinal taps and esthetic laser treatments
• Providing family planning counseling and education
• Assisting with neonatal ventilator management
• Performing coding and documentation of patient care
• Assisting with patient lifts and transfers
• Providing ostomy care
• Assisting in the operation of an ambulatory surgery center

Skills:

• Strong clinical skills and knowledge in various areas of nursing practice, including:
• Proficiency in administering medications and performing procedures
• Ability to provide comprehensive care to patients across the lifespan
• Knowledge of family planning methods and counseling techniques
• Experience with neonatal ventilator management
• Familiarity with coding and documentation requirements
• Ability to safely perform patient lifts and transfers
• Competence in providing ostomy care

Requirements:

• Valid Registered Nurse license in Michigan.
