We're currently hiring for: 12 Hour shifts for Part-Time, Full- Time, and PRN positions. A day on our team includes: Helping residents feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. Administering medications and treatments. Supporting and guiding CNAs and LPNs. Working together with the team to keep everything running smoothly.

Who We're Looking For:

Current RN license (Illinois) Strong patient assessment and care planning skills Proficiency with IV therapy, catheterization, and tube feeding Familiarity with EHR systems (Epic, Cerner a plus) Experience in LTC, Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living or Home Health preferred At Pleasant Meadows, your work isn't just a job—it's part of something bigger.
