Offering PT, OT, and SLP services, we incorporate a multidisciplinary approach with great teamwork all around. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring strong performance across all key performance indicators (KPIs). Provide effective staff leadership, including scheduling, coaching, performance management, and fostering a positive, team-focused culture. Build and maintain strong partnerships with hospital leaders and departments to support collaboration, communication, and high-quality patient care. Support recruitment and onboarding efforts for current openings, ensuring seamless integration into the clinic team. Oversee workflow, productivity, and clinical quality standards to ensure excellent patient outcomes and service delivery. Collaborate with organizational leadership to develop and implement strategic initiatives that enhance clinic growth and community presence.

Requirements:

Applicants must have graduated from an accredited Therapy or Therapy Assistant program. They must have, or be eligible for, licensing in Minnesota. Proven experience in a leadership or management role within a healthcare setting Strong understanding of clinical operations across multiple service lines (LTC, Home Health, Inpatient, Outpatient) Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and in person
