Assist the Rehab Director in maintaining a smooth and efficient rehabilitation program Provide patient transport to and from therapy sessions, ensuring their safety and comfort Oversee the maintenance of therapy equipment, ensuring it is functioning properly and in good working condition Assist with tasks in the therapy departments, including: Equipment cleaning and preventative maintenance Billing and clerical duties Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide emotional support and encouragement to patients, helping them stay motivated and engaged in their rehabilitation process About the
