Job Description

Position Description:
Rental helper is primarily responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of all rental fleet. Other duties also include, but is not limited to, checking in/out rental equipment, washing equipment, inventory rental fleet, communication with Rental Manager on day-to-day rental reservations, communication with parts department on ordering/receiving parts, customer service, ensuring rental shop stays clean and safe for all employees.
Position Responsibilities:
Open/ close shop doors daily General cleaning and organizing of rental shop. Perform and record all preventive maintenance on rental units. Complete/Assist with any repairs that may be needed, Check in/out rental equipment and report any damage to management. Ensure equipment is cleaned and ready for customer pickup/delivery. Work with management during yearly fleet inventory. Load and unload rental equipment from rental trailers / customer trailers. Assist with keeping rental yard clean and organized. Other duties assigned
