What You'll Actually Do Knock doors in assigned Texas neighborhoods every day and sell Rise Internet services. Own your territory — plan your routes, work your leads, hit your numbers. Present offers, handle objections, and close on the spot. Hit and exceed daily and monthly sales targets. Keep your pipeline and activity current in our sales tools (training provided — no prior software experience required). Compete against yourself and your team. Win the week. Win the month.

What You Get Paid Base Salary :

Competitive weekly base — you get paid from day one, not just on commissions

Commission :

Uncapped. Tiered multipliers that pay more per sale the more you sell

Car Allowance :

$400 per pay period ($10,000/year) to keep you on the road

Monthly Bonuses :

Performance bonuses for hitting milestones, top-ranker bonuses, referral bonuses, upsell bonuses

Target Earnings :

Top performers earn $100,000+ per year. Solid performers clear well into six figures. Low performers get coached up or moved out — we don't hide that.
