In this role you will essentially learn a variety of processes. It will be like learning all meat processing steps through the whole process.

Key ResponsibilitiesLearn to assemble a wide variety of equipment.

Assist in creating new processes and products.

Operate different equipment/machinery.

Drive continual improvement in quality, productivity, efficiency and cost.

Ensure compliance with all safety and quality policies and regulations.

Other duties as assigned.

Job RequirementsExperience:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related role/field is preferred. Food manufacturing experience is preferred.

Age:

Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.

Authorization:

Must be authorized to work in the United States; no sponsorships are available.

Certification:

HACCP certification is preferred.

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical:

Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds.

Skills:

Basic computer skills including Google Suite products. Ability to problem solve. Must be dependable and be able to work well with others. Requires good customer service skills. Must be able to work with limited supervision.

Flexibility:

Must be able to work overtime and/or weekends as needed. Ability to adjust quickly to changing demands. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment of continuous change and challenges.

Compliance:

Must practice good personal hygiene. Candidates must successfully pass a post-offer/pre-employment drug test, background screen, physical and E-Verify.
