We are seeking a Resident Care Coordinator to join our team!
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the overall direction and leadership of resident care in the assisted living and memory care community. Responsible for coordinating resident care to ensure healthy and active lifestyle. Assist the resident and family members in maintaining physical and emotional health.
Required Skills:
Minimum of a high school degree or equivalent required. Minimum two (2) years of management experience in senior living or related health programs required. Current BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor required.
Additional Qualifications/Skills:
Associate Degree Preferred. Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse in the state of employment preferred. Demonstrated effective leadership skills in fiscal clinical management, strategic planning, and program and staff development. Ability to work with and supervise others as an effective team builder and team player. Skilled at establishing/maintaining working relationships with key staff, marketing contacts, and clinical staff. Ability to effectively evaluate performance and take corrective actions when necessary. Ability to project a professional image. Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements. Strong organizational, prioritizing and analytical skills. Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant. Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions. Freedom from illegal use of and effects of use of drugs and alcohol in the workplace.
