We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented team member to join us for the busy summer season, with potential for long-term growth. Responsibilities Perform detailed residential and vacation rental cleanings Follow company cleaning checklists and standards Make beds and restock linens for Airbnb turnovers Clean kitchens and bathrooms thoroughly Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize surfaces Take after photos for documentation Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards Communicate clearly with team lead Requirements Must be reliable and punctual Must have transportation to job sites Must be able to lift 25 to 40 pounds Comfortable being on your feet for extended periods Positive attitude and strong work ethic Attention to detail is a must Cleaning experience preferred but not required What We Offer $20 per hour starting pay Higher pay for experienced cleaners 20+ hours per week during peak season Flexible scheduling Positive team environment Opportunity for continued employment beyond summer for dependable team members
