What You'll Be Doing (Day-to-Day) As a Residential Cleaning Technician , you'll help busy families feel back in control of their homes.

Your responsibilities include:

Deep cleaning kitchens & bathrooms (our specialty) Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces Removing buildup, stains, and hard water Resetting homes to a clean, organized state Working in teams of 2-4 cleaners Following our proven cleaning systems for speed + quality Communicating with your team to finish jobs together (no leaving early) Who We're Looking For This is NOT for everyone. We're looking for people who: Show up on time, every time Take pride in doing things the right way Move with urgency and attention to detail Work as a team (we finish jobs together) Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic Have reliable transportation + valid driver's license Bonus (not required): Previous cleaning experience Experience in hospitality, housekeeping, labor roles, caregiver or similar roles Pay & Benefits $18
