Our unique approach combines out-of-home care with psychiatric services, with a consistent focus on stabilization, behavior correction, and community reintegration when clients are ready. Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Residential Clinical Supervisor to lead our clinical team in delivering high-quality mental health and behavioral services. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of behavioral health practices, and a passion for supporting individuals with complex needs. As a Residential Clinical Supervisor, you will oversee clinical operations, supervise staff, and ensure the delivery of comprehensive, trauma-informed care that promotes positive outcomes for residents. Duties Provide supervision and mentorship to clinical staff, including case managers, therapists, and support personnel. Oversee the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), applied behavior analysis (ABA), and motivational interviewing. Conduct regular clinical assessments, including intake evaluations and diagnostic evaluations using
ICD-10/ICD-9
coding systems. Ensure compliance with all HIPAA regulations and maintain accurate medical records and documentation. Coordinate crisis intervention efforts and manage crisis situations effectively to ensure safety for residents and staff. Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions focused on mental health counseling, child & family counseling, and behavioral management. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support residents' progress in areas such as autism spectrum disorder (ASD), developmental disabilities, PTSD care, and special education needs. Lead efforts in data collection, research initiatives, and quality assurance to improve clinical outcomes. Requirements Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or related field. Licensure in the state of WV required (LCSW or LPC) Proven experience working with children, adolescents, or individuals with disabilities in residential or community settings. Strong knowledge of crisis management techniques and behavioral health interventions. Familiarity with medical terminology, medical documentation standards, CPT coding, ICD coding systems (ICD-10/ICD-9), and HIPAA compliance. Experience in intake procedures, case management, patient assessment, and diagnostic evaluation. Expertise in therapeutic modalities such as motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), applied behavior analysis (ABA), and behavioral therapy. Ability to work effectively within a team environment while demonstrating leadership qualities. Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on patient care and clinical research methodologies.
