Residential HVAC Service Tech / Installer (2+ Years HVAC Experience Req)

Aaspen HVAC currently seeking an HVAC Installer and Service Technician to join our team. We are offering a

SIGN ON BONUS

of $2500!

RESPONSIBILTIES

Responsibilities:

Setting up new HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork and ventilation systems. Working with blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate installation. Installing ductwork, piping, and other necessary components. Connecting equipment to power sources and ensuring proper functionality.

Maintenance and Repair:

Performing routine maintenance tasks to keep systems running efficiently. Diagnosing and repairing malfunctions in HVAC systems. Replacing worn-out or damaged parts. Cleaning and adjusting systems to optimize performance.

Safety:

Adhering to all safety regulations and procedures when working with HVAC equipment. Working with hazardous materials like refrigerants and ensuring proper handling and disposal.

Customer Service:

Communicating with homeowners or building managers to explain system operation and maintenance. Providing technical advice and recommendations. Ensuring customer satisfaction with installations and repairs.

Other tasks:

Assisting with the removal of old HVAC equipment Working with other tradespeople, such as plumbers and electricians Keeping accurate records of work performed

REQUIREMENTS

2+ years of professional experience Valid Drivers License and clean driving record Own tools and transportation Legally work in

U.S. EPA
