Specialized Direct Support Professional - Upper Valley Services (UVS) Waterbury Area | $24/hour | Full-Time Do you enjoy diversity and flexibility in your work? Sign-On Bonus $1,000 total sign-on bonus $500 paid on your first paycheck $500 paid after 6 months of employment About UVS Upper Valley Services (UVS) is a designated Vermont nonprofit serving individuals with developmental disabilities and adults eligible for Adult Family Care. About the Role We are seeking a Specialized Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our Moretown team in the Waterbury area. This position provides hands-on, person-centered support in a residential setting. Staff work in a 2:1 model across two apartments and are cross-trained to support both residences. What You'll Do Provide support with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including personal care and hygiene Support emotional regulation and positive behavior supports Ensure safety and wellbeing, including public safety awareness Assist with home, recreational, and community activities Work as part of a team-oriented, supportive environment Maintain documentation and follow individualized support plans Schedule and Pay Pay is $24 per hour, with 36 standard hours per week. Overtime hours are frequently available, and it is common to earn $1,248 or more per week.

Qualifications:
