Restaurant Manager

Godfather's Pizza in Milford, IA is now looking for a motivated team player to help manage our team. We're willing to train someone with or without restaurant experience. The hours will vary between days, nights & weekends. Benefits include paid vacations, health/dental insurance, profit sharing and 401K. Must have a valid driver's license. Responsibilities Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food service and hospitality management. Train and supervise staff, fostering a positive team environment. Manage inventory control and food preparation processes to maintain quality and efficiency. Conduct interviews and hire new team members as needed. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while providing exceptional dining experiences. Utilize POS systems for cash handling and order management.
