Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Restaurant Manager to lead our dynamic food service team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure exceptional customer experiences, and maintain high standards of food quality and safety. Your leadership will drive team performance, streamline processes, and foster a welcoming environment that keeps guests coming back. Responsibilities Lead and supervise all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service delivery, and staff management. Oversee inventory control, ordering supplies, and managing food costs to optimize profitability. Ensure compliance with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures to maintain a safe dining environment. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order processing and cash handling. Train, develop, and motivate staff through effective onboarding, ongoing coaching, and performance evaluations. Coordinate shift schedules, monitor labor costs, and ensure smooth shift management to meet customer demand. Foster excellent customer service by addressing guest concerns promptly and maintaining high service standards. Experience Proven management experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant environment with a focus on food industry operations. Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen management. Experience with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; strong cash handling skills. Background in hospitality management with fine dining or casual dining experience preferred. Supervising experience in food service settings with a focus on team training & development. Familiarity with inventory control, budgeting, and food safety regulations is essential. Prior experience in catering, banquet services, or hotel food operations is advantageous.
