As we continue to grow, we are seeking a driven Restoration / Construction Project Manager to lead construction execution and project management within our restoration division. Position Overview This role focuses on construction execution and project management within insurance-based restoration and reconstruction projects. Candidates may come from restoration, residential construction, remodeling, or construction management backgrounds. Strong construction leadership and job execution experience are the priority. What You'll Do Construction Execution & Project Management Manage restoration and reconstruction projects from approved scope through completion Develop and maintain project timelines Coordinate subcontractors and field crews Ensure materials are ordered and delivered appropriately Conduct job site inspections and maintain quality standards Maintain clean, organized, professional job sites Insurance Scope Execution Read and execute Xactimate estimates (preferred) Identify change orders and supplement opportunities Maintain documentation for billing and job profitability Leadership & Accountability Lead field teams with clear expectations Maintain project efficiency and margin awareness Communicate consistently with clients Participate in weekly project meetings Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field strongly encouraged 3+ years of construction experience preferred Strong understanding of construction sequencing and subcontractor coordination Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong leadership and communication skills Valid driver's license Preferred (Strongly Valued) Xactimate experience Insurance restoration background IICRC certifications (WRT, AMRT, ASD, FSRT, TCST) Mold remediation experience Compensation & Benefits $40 - $45 per hour DOE Quarterly performance bonus based on project profitability and execution standards Health insurance 401(k) retirement plan Paid time off Ongoing training and certification support Advancement opportunities within a growing company
