This vital role combines hands-on cleaning and restoration work with efficient warehouse management to ensure the timely and thorough processing of contents affected by fire, water, mold, or other damages. The ideal candidate will be energetic, organized, and passionate about helping clients restore their belongings and properties. Duties Perform thorough cleaning and restoration of contents damaged by fire, water, mold, or other causes using specialized techniques and equipment Operate hand tools, power tools, and cleaning equipment safely and effectively during restoration processes Manage warehouse operations including contents barcoding, tracking, organizing, and maintaining clean work environment. Maintain detailed documentation of all restoration activities, including before-and-after photos and reports Coordinate with team members to prioritize jobs, ensure timely completion, and uphold quality standards Requirements Experience in the restoration industry or related fields such as construction, cleaning, or remediation services preferred but not required. Willing and able to operate Heavy Machinery Comfortable handling power tools, hand tools, and specialized equipment with training.
